I had a great experience during my orthotics consultation. From the moment I arrived, everyone was welcoming and professional. The assistant, Kailyn, was incredibly gentle and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. Jessica, the manager, was informative, patient, and took the time to explain all of my options without any pressure. She helped me weigh the pros and cons of braces versus aligners, and together we decided that aligners would work. They offer dental monitoring throughout treatment which makes the whole process even more convenient. Dr. Bennie was very knowledgeable and addressed all of my concerns. She took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel confident in my decision. Overall, the customer service was outstanding, and I highly recommend so far.

Even though I haven’t officially started my Oliv aligner treatment yet, my experience with Artemis Smiles has already been amazing. From my consultation, the entire team made me feel so much less nervous and genuinely excited to begin my smile journey. Jessica was absolutely wonderful! She was patient, kind, and took the time to answer every single one of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. She explained everything thoroughly and made sure I understood my treatment plan, which really helped ease my anxiety. Dr. Yavari was also incredibly warm, knowledgeable, and professional. She took the time to explain my treatment plan, answered all of my concerns, and made me feel confident that I’m in excellent hands. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and wants them to have the best possible results. I’m so excited to start my Oliv aligner treatment next month and can’t wait to see my smile transform. I highly recommend Artemis Smiles to anyone looking for an orthodontic team that is welcoming, caring, and makes you feel comfortable from your very first visit!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Artemis Smiles Orthodontics! From the moment you walk in, you are treated like family. The entire team is professional, welcoming, organized, and genuinely cares about their patients. Dr. Bennie is absolutely incredible — knowledgeable, kind, patient, and clearly passionate about what she does. She takes the time to explain everything thoroughly and makes you feel completely comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. Amir at the admin desk is always so helpful, professional, and efficient. He goes above and beyond to make payments and communication easy and stress-free. Yessi at the front desk is an absolute sweetheart and one of the first smiling faces you see when you walk in. Amazing experience with Dr. Bennie and her team! The staff is incredibly friendly and professional, and they make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. I’m so glad we came here for my daughter new journey on getting braces. we had a consultation and everyone was so kind and welcoming. They made her feel super comfortable and explained everything clearly. Great experience! definitely child friendly and the space is very nice.
